EINAR JULLUM | Hjerteknuser- og andre blues

Hjerteknuser- og andre blues (English: Heartbreaker- and other blues) is Einar Jullum's full length follow-up to the yet-unreleased Hvordan 7”, the title track of which can be heard on Kinnta's Montreal psych compilation, The Lemon Tape. Hjerteknuser sees halcyon melodies fuse with driving guitars in hypnotic arrangements, while elsewhere belligerent blues guitars chug as Einar's harried Norwegian is not so much sung as discharged. Einar wanders the spaces between these two stylistic poles to cultivate an immaculate pop sound that feels unconcerned. Listen and embrace your inner scoundrel.
